1. If we attend are we required to have sex?

Absolutely not! At Kimmies people are free to explore and indulge in their sexuality at whatever level they are comfortable. The lifestyle is all about sexual freedom, exploring and fulfilling your sexual fantasies. This is a place where you can meet and mingle, and if so inclined use our "on premise" rooms to enjoy either alone or with your new found friends. All sex is consensual!

2. Where are the closest hotels/motels?

The closest motel/hotels to the club are Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Quality Hotel & Suites, Travelodge and are all within a ten minute drive. Please check our venue page to contact these locations for reservations. We are located about 15 minutes from the Toronto Airport if looking for other options.

3. Where are you located?

For privacy reasons we do not post our exact location on this site, however we are located in the Lawrence & Keele Area approximately 15 minutes south of 401 & Keele. The exact location will be provided via email once you have purchased your ticket for the evening.

4. Why does Kimmies permit single men to attend the club? What is the ratio of males to females?

Kimmie has found that most couples enjoy the company of respectful single males and at Kimmies they are all respectful and courteous and if at anytime you find otherwise please speak to myself or my staff and we will speak with them. Single males at the club also encourage single ladies to attend the events at Kimmies. Kimmie permits 1 single male per 5 couples or 2 per single female on regular themed nights, however, some special themed nights may permit more single males or no single males.

5. What is the age group, are they attractive?

The people who attend Kimmies on average are twenty-five to fifty-five, and must be 21+ to attend. We have been involved in the lifestyle for long enough to know that looks are the not what make the club fun and exciting. People's attitude and involvement are the key to a great swinging experience. "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder"

6. What do I wear?

Good question, follow the theme is always a good suggestion. However for those nights when you have no theme or you are not so inclined we always suggest you "Dress to Impress" whether that is comfortable, sexy or casual you want to look your best.

Women are encouraged to come as sexy and seductive as possible! Short skirts, mini-dresses, booty shorts, sexy pants, corselets, lingerie and so on.
Men are encouraged to be as sexy as possible too, just like the women. Button down shirts, dress t-shirts, dress pants or designer jeans are recommended.

7. How many people attend the parties?

The Ultimate Lifestyle Mansion will hold @300 people. Our first party was held April 19, 2008, we have had 30 - 300 people at our parties, obviously every night is different. What is more important is not the number of people but that you come out to enjoy the night and meet new people.

8. Is safe sex practiced at the parties?

Condoms are required and supplied and all are encouraged to use them. We also supply Lube.

9. I am interested in the swinging lifestyle. How do I convince my spouse to try swinging?

This is a common dilemma many people find themselves in. The reality of it all there is no standard answer, but a bit of advice is to be open and honest about your new desires and be patient. Focus on the positive, i.e. sexual variety; sexual fulfillment, and the potential of carrying out of one's fantasies are among the advantages of swinging. But remember Take Baby Steps. Swinging is an alternative that is emerging within the traditional structure of marriage in this country. Except for their participation in co-marital sex, most swingers are living in a traditional nuclear family.

10. Where is parking? How much does parking cost?

Parking is complimentary and is provided in a safe well lighted lot with security patrol 24x7. Shuttle from the parking to the Mansion is provided from 9PM - midnight.

11. What is BYOB?

BYOB - bring your own booze. All liquor must be given to the bartender at the beginning of the night for safe keeping and service. We do not have a liquor license as we are a private mansion, and therefore do not sell any alcohol. Only bring the required amount that you plan to drink that evening as any open bottles must remain on the premise at the end of the night. For those wishing please ask to have your name placed on your liquor and it will be stored for your return visit. Any liquor remaining without names will be disposed at our discretion.

12. What is a Non-Alcoholic Bart?

Non-alcoholic bar - includes free bottled water, pop, coffee, and juice.

13. What is Open Swinging vs. Closed Swinging & Soft Swap ?

Open Swinging
Swinging in the same room (possibly in the same bed) with your primary partner and another couple. There may or may not be any sexual contact between the females (depending on their choice). This is the choice of couples that prefer to be together at all times. In Open situations, there can be no question of what is said or done, because everything is done together for all the parties concerned. This is also the choice of voyeurs/exhibitionists who enjoy watching their mate while experiencing sexual enjoyment themselves. This situation can quite possibly lead to some variations of group sex and techniques that are not available with the closed swinging.

Closed Swinging
This involves participating in swinging in a separate room away from your primary partner. (but still together -on the premises). This allows the freedom (or the privacy) to ‘discover’ the person in a deeper way without the distractions of another couple in the same room. Closed swinging also allows the freedom to act out various fantasies without feeling you are being watched.

Soft Swap
Soft swapping involves teasing and foreplay with another couple prior to returning to your own partner for actual intercourse. Soft swap swingers prefer to keep actual intercourse between themselves.
