QUESTIONS:
1. What is the capacity at the parties?
The Ultimate Lifestyle Mansion Party has a capacity of 300 people. Pickering house party is 50 people capacity.
2. Single Males are permitted in Pickering & The Ultimate Lifestyle Mansion Parties, what kind of ratio will there be at the party.
We try very hard to keep a decent ratio of males to female at all our events.
A typical party in Pickering consists of 15 - 20 couples, 3-5 females & 4-7 males.
A party at the Ulitmate Lifestyle Mansion Party could consist of approximately 100 couples, 40 single females, 50 males.
3. Is safe sex practiced at the parties?
Condoms are required & supplied and all are encouraged to use them. Lube is also supplied.
4. Does everyone have to play at the parties?
Nobody is required to play at any of the parties. Participation is up to the individual and all sex is consensual
5. Parking ?
Parking for the mansion is free, located appox 5-7 min from the Mansion, and there is a free shuttle service provided all night long for those attending the party. The last shuttle for arrival at the mansion is Midnight.
Parking for the pickering house parties is located in a quiet court and side stree and is at your own risk.
6. What does BYOB mean?
BYOB = Bring your own booze
At the Pickering House Party your liquor is your own responsibility. You are free to take your liquor home at the end of the evening however if you leave it behind it is left for our disposal as we see fit.
At the Mansion Party all liquor is given to the bartender to tend for the evening. Your liquor will be placed in a slot and you will be given a numbered tag to identify your liquor for the evening. Please note: bring only the required amount for the evening as you are NOT free to take your liquor home with you at the end of the evening. However, at your request your name cam be placed on the leftover liquor and it will be waiting for you on your return visit to the mansion.
7. What is a Non-Alcoholic Bar
The bar includes water, pop, coffee, tea and juice.
8. How do you handle rude, ignorant or obnoxious people?
Kimmie has a ZERO TOLERANCE for any of the above issues, if she receives multiple complaints about your behaviour from others in attendance at the party you will be banned from the parties indefinitely.
