Valentines Event Feedback From Kimmies Clubhouse

My husband and I did attend the new clubhouse. It was difficult to find for us but with Kimmie's new directions I'm sure it will be easier for the next time. You are outside of the city so there are no street lights. The venue is large and spacious and has lot's of potential. It is on a secluded and private lot. Very clean and beautiful. BUT....the owner of the house is a single male and does NOT respect limits at all. He feels that it is his house and he can do what he wants. We are very experienced swingers and were turned off by his attitude and actions. This is unfortunate because we love Kimmie and all of her friends. This is a gray area. How can you have a party and tell the owner he is not invited. It is very difficult to change a person's attitude when they think they are right.(Lifestyle-Mansion.com - beware lifestylers) We have discussed this for 2 days now. It was a hard decision to make but we will not go to his home again. (Unless he is absent) We will be going to Kimmie's house parties though.

We have no complaints... we are the type to have a great time together, and don't focus on nit-picky details ( as I was reading in the comments forum ), it ruins a good time.
We were too busy to make it to the pool or hot tub this time.... so, we will have to come back.

Awesome venue - this mansion is the perfect place to have some fun...there are a great variety of places to play, as well as several areas to just relax and get to know people...you could almost get lost in the place! The only negative I heard was the decor...but it's a time piece. So it's 70's...isn't that appropriate for this type of thing anyway? We loved it. The people were great too...we had lots of fun. Kimmie was a great hostess...taking time to introduce us to everyone and show us around the place. We felt 100% comfortable. We'll be back for sure!

Ah...to comment on Kimmies parties, I think it would sound like "sucking up"...haha...we have been to 3 events so far and have had a great time each and every time...Kimmie and Neil are gracious, attentive hosts, who make each person feel welcome and comfortable, EVERY TIME you go! The cost of the party is more than reasonable, given that there are so many options for fun no matter what you feel like doing. Want to dance?..Go do it. Want to go for a swim?..Go for it...OR..maybe you have met someone that you like and you just want to get busy..go for it, no need to go anywhere else. It's all right there!!!..Oh yes, there is also the option of sitting outside on the patio, having a smoke and drinking your drink without standing in a parking lot!!...
We will be dedicated members of Kimmies Party...you couldn't ask for anything more...!!

We have been to Kimmies parties and we just wanted to say that we have had a great time...although the venue may need a little work, it is only cosmetic...the people are great...Kimmie is an amazing hostess and the playrooms get VERY busy...if a person is not ready to partake...well, playing pool, having a soak in the hottub, dancing or just hanging out at the bar is always an option...we love everything about these parties up to and including the price...which for our money is a great deal...pay the admission, grab a bottle of your preference from your own bar and you are good to go....AND if you leave your booze there with your name on it..well, it's there for the next time you go!!......How cool is that??....For anyone who has not attended at least one of these parties, we suggest that you try it out and come to your own conclusion about which club offers the best deal for your money and the most options for fun (no matter what your idea of fun is...).

We attended last nights party at the mansion, and did we have a great time. We've been once before, and the changes were fantastic. Congrats to Kimmie and her team for making some great changes in the past couple months. The hottub was great, and a great place to warm up before heading to the play room.

Yes it was hot, both literally and figuratively but if you didn't sit by the bar it was still very bearable. The Free Play room was cool with AC and the other play room had a fan going to cool things off. Lets face it, when people get to hot they need to take their clothes off and that isn't a bad thing. LOL

We met a few great couples that we hope to keep in touch with and look forward to our return in a couple months when our schedule allows us to get back there.

The entertainment and prizes were great even though we didn't get lucky enough to win. Maybe they called out number when we were in the play room, but we sure wouldn't have heard them if they did.

The venue is very unique and we look forward to a time when maybe the pool is working, but for us that isn't a big deal as we don't go there to swim. LOL

Kimmies Mansion Party has great potential the problem is the building is very 70s and the owner maintenance of such is slow and minimal at best. It will be great in the fall and / or winter but if you plan to go in the summer beware that there is NO Air Conditioning. This is not that the AC does not work it is that is does not exist - witnessed in the sauna effect of July 19th and July 12th Parties. The other issue is the pool which of course is not open and do not hold your breath. All the work of Kimmie and her group with the issues of opening of a new venue has been great, but over 3 month I think they could have gotten these issues resolved with the owner. So be aware if heat and humidity are an issue to your enjoyment.

All the staff there are the nicest people, friendly and fun. Your bartender made the BEST ice water...lol The heat, rain and humidity were just against us but the party was great and it was nice to see such a good crowd. I liked the privacy screens in the couples room...minimal but just gave a sense of some privacy. Things don't always quite work out but I know you are making every effort to make the Mansion a great place to visit...so thanks Kimmie and everyone else involved.

We attended the party for the first time and thought it was a great way to be introduced to the "lifestyle". Being new to all this, Kimmie really took the time to talk to us and make us feel comfortable with our surroundings. She was a great host and did a great job talking to everyone and making the atmosphere enjoyable.

Although it was a great experience, we did have some thoughts that perhaps may help in the future:

1) Perhaps having games or activities to get people talking to one another and get more comfortable initially might be helpful. Some people are more talkative than others and I think something that forces everyone to meet each other might help those who aren't as talkative or who are new

2) The pool is a must...unfortunately it wasn't open when we were there, but I guess it's understandable if repairs are to be made.

3) We did find it a bit uncomfortable that there were some random male staff standing around watching the women and activities going on...I know they need to be there to make sure things run smoothly...but perhaps they could be more in the perimeters.

4) For the play areas...would be great if there were some thin drapes around just to give a little privacy and a sense of mystery between the beds...also...music in the play areas on the bottom floor would be nice to set the mood

5) I wonder whether a speed dating type thing could be done where all couples and single women, etc. meet each other briefly and talk...and in the end, each couple or person writes down who they would definitely want to play with that evening and then Kimmie hooks them up together so that the decisions are kept private and no one gets hurt

6) We thought there was a bit too much lights in the bar/lounge area...would have been nice to dim the lights a bit more and create a more romantic/naughty atmosphere...or even have the main floor lit up by black lights and have a glow-in-the-dark party

Just some thoughts...the staff and party were great overall. We'll definitely be returning to check things out. Best of luck to everyone!

We had an awesome time at Kimmie's Pool Party even though the pool was not open. The night was hot, the hot-tub was even hotter. Unfortunately we needed to cool down for a bit ;-b~~ , Kimmie nearly need the garden hose for our small group from Buffalo to cool us down. We want to come back when the pool is complete. The visit was great, the people were all very nice and the guests were smokin! We will be coming back soon! Thank you for the GREAT time!

The Mansion is a cross between a house party and a club. We feel you get the best of both worlds.
After attending only a couple times I think we have found our new Club. Kimmie is a great hostess and has the ability to make everyone feel welcome, plus she follows up to ensure people are enjoying their experience. We have met many great couples and singles and have enjoyed all the play areas. We are looking forward to many more intimate encounters at this venue with old and new friends. There are lots of activities at the mansion such as: pool table, quiet chat areas, indoor garden dance area, lockers / showers, hot tub, suana, steam room, indoor pool and play rooms. For us as a couple we find the cost reasonable at $70 / $80 with the BYOB bar plus all included munchies / soft drinks and water. At other clubs, it is not hard with 2 or 3 drinks each at $5 to $7 a drink to add up to $20 to $42 on top of other club fees in a night making it more expensive.

Even though it hasn't been long since you have been having parties in the "Mansion", I think you are doing a wonderful job.. It's a huge place to get up and running, but it's only the shell.It is the people who makes the "Mansion", warm, inviting and so comfortable that we can take our cloths off and be ourselves..To all involved, keep it up.
YES it was warm that night, but as you said you can always take your cloths off.... SO TRUE!

Hi Kimmie,

I have enjoyed both parties I have attended...The first ..because I wanted to be in a REAL mansion (and because other THINGS went so well) and the second because I was looking forward to the social atmosphere that I find very friendly and open. I am not so sure I am really a true "swinger" but I do enjoy the atmosphere and freedom. The venue is very large and at times you can feel a bit "lost " in the place but that would change as more people attend. There are photos of the mansion on the site but as I mentioned to you Kimmie, it "might"...and I am no expert, add something to see a couple of photos of average people enjoying the hot tub, some people using the pool, a woman sitting on the edge of the pool the man in the water between her legs...a couple in the far corner...not quite sure what they are up to!!!....a couple, discretely covered in towels just relaxing in the sauna. A group of people just chatting and laughing on the couches. They don't even have to be all that suggestive, just show people having a good time. I know people don't want to have their faces shown but there has to be ways to hide identities and still get across the idea that Kimmies Parties are for "real" people who are looking for a variety of experiences. The other big issue is to have enough women at the parties who again feel secure and comfortable whether they just want to chat and be social or they want to take on all comers..(pardon my bluntness) There can be a fine line from being made to feel like a free, open and sexual being and a slut. I have always felt respected and safe at your parties and somehow you need to get that out to women of all ages. I may have this ALL WRONG and that is fine but I just know that as an average person...I'd be more likely to come back to the site again and think "hmmmmmm..wonder if I should give this a try."

First of all, I wanted to thank you very much for having us at your last party -- we had a very good time. However (in the best interest of 'constructive criticism' aka improving the experience for next time)........ we thought we should let you know our feedback. We hope you take some of these ideas and apply them (ASAP) to improve the experience for others (as we made a point of getting feedback from others)...

TEMPERATURE -- Quiet simply... it was WAY too cold inside the building -- women were freezing. If you want people to shed some layers, they have to be warm/comfortable in doing so. As it was, too many of the scantily clad women were too cold to do anything/start anything... - We have located many heaters throughout the building that will be turned on when we arrive to improve the temperature in the building. I must admit that once I heard the complaints we turned on the gas fireplace but I think it was already a little too late. Please let me know in the future if the temperature is not right so I have ample time to correct it.
MORE PRIVACY...!! Although its a swingers party, some DO like to play with only a 'select few' -- and don't want to be watched by a Group. (ie: There were a couple of questionable young men there -- that probably shouldn't have been there [as what happens at most gatherings]. However, it would've been nice to get away from some of them -- if you know what we mean. Ideally, I'm not there to provide a free show for them -- but DO want to have some fun!!! Perhaps open up some of your private rooms off to the side. That way, if a couple wants to invite just one other couple/a single man 'in'... then that forum exists. Then if they want to have others WATCH -- THEY can then chose to leave the door open.......... - We have talked about privacy for couples, the new area for couples and single females will be restricted from single males so this should help with the concept of getting away from them. As for Private rooms we are working on this and hope to have the option available in the near future possibly
HOT TUB -- The way we see it, a MUST have if you want to get things started...!! Not only that, but the water was too cold for those that tried it (We don't think it was ever 'hot' -- was it?) - the hot tub was hot, however the relay switch had an issue, we have corrected this problem. Last weekend many of the couples enjoyed the hot tub and I also enjoyed it last night after completing some work. It was great.
THE POOL -- This HAS TO BE up and running ASAP -- and the sooner the better!! ESPECIALLY an indoor pool. In a few more weeks, people won't be interested in this area -- so you need to take advantage of it now!!! MORE PEOPLE would've been swimming/hot tubing/NAKED if these two areas were operational... - The pool was working when we checked this venue out and I am sure that you all realize that things can happen with pools from time to time. There is a substantial crack in the cement near the intake return that is causing the pool to leak a large amount of water. We currently are working on getting this repaired however they had to ensure first that no more water was leaking and that they had identified any other cracks. We are now removing the tiles to fix the cement and will have to replace the tiles. Estimated date June 7, 2008 for these repairs to be completed.
STAFF aka BOUNCERS -- We don't know... but seemed everytime something was starting/somewhere... they were always there -- and sometimes were a bit too close for the liking. That's a bad thing. Quite honestly, it felt like we were being WATCHED way too much. We just wanted to have fun -- but there were sometimes TOO MANY eyes watching. (PS: Was also hard to know who was/wasn't a bouncer, and who was there to play!!??) - My staff are supposed to be on hand to make sure that everything is alright. If you felt that they were too attentive I can’t say I am sorry as that is their job. I will work on some type of uniform shirt for my staff to ensure that they are easily identified.
LIGHTING -- This is just a small one... but the main bar area over by the pool table (upstairs)... don't be afraid to turn the lights down lower. Same w/the dance area... almost too bright in there, especially by the end of the night! LOL - Thank you for the suggestion regarding lighting I have investigated this issue and we have decided an alternative lighting option which I hope you will like on your return visit.
I hope you find this information useful... we'd like to come back -- but we also have to justify the money being spent w/the facilities that are available. You have great potential here and LOVE what you're trying to do. But as you know, first impressions are everything.............!!!

Wow...I was going to email you to ask if there will be a house party in Pickering on April 5 (the wife and I may finally be able to attend one that weekend) when I saw on your website your new venue. Wow...Playboy mansion life in Toronto! May I ask roughly where in Toronto? Strictly for the purposes of booking a hotel. I would love to get as close as possible to the venue site. I know this is not until late April or later (I still want to attend a house party first) but you have to experience a mansion at least once in your life, don't you think?
